Which analysis should I use?

Use Kinetic Analysis when:

  • • You need ka and kd rate constants
  • • Your sensorgrams show clear association/dissociation phases
  • • You want to understand binding mechanism

Use Equilibrium Analysis when:

  • • You only need the KD (affinity)
  • • Your sensorgrams reach steady-state
  • • Kinetic fitting is challenging (fast kinetics, complex binding)
