Which analysis should I use?
Use Kinetic Analysis when:
- • You need ka and kd rate constants
- • Your sensorgrams show clear association/dissociation phases
- • You want to understand binding mechanism
Use Equilibrium Analysis when:
- • You only need the KD (affinity)
- • Your sensorgrams reach steady-state
- • Kinetic fitting is challenging (fast kinetics, complex binding)
