1. Accounts & Workspaces

You must create an account to use KinetiHub. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Data you upload is organized into workspaces. Each workspace is isolated — members only see data within their workspace unless you explicitly share or publish a measurement.

2. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to KinetiHub. We do not claim any rights over your private or shared measurements.

• Private measurements remain within your workspace and are not used by KinetiHub for any purpose other than providing the service.
• Published measurements are listed publicly. By publishing a measurement, you grant KinetiHub a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and build upon the data for any purpose, including research, model training, and commercial use.

Do not upload data you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads comply with any confidentiality obligations to your institution or employer.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access workspaces or data belonging to other users.
• Use the platform to process data subject to HIPAA or other healthcare regulations — KinetiHub is not a covered entity and does not sign BAAs.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond normal platform use.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform integrity.

4. Subscription & Billing

Certain features (including the encryption-at-rest tier) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If your subscription lapses, encrypted workspaces will lose access to the encryption tier. Data is not deleted, but encrypted measurements may become inaccessible until the subscription is renewed.

5. Academy & Educational Tools

The Kinetics Academy simulators and educational content are available for personal and educational use. You may reference them in presentations or papers with appropriate citation to KinetiHub.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

KinetiHub is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Analysis results, kinetic parameters (k_a, k_d, K_D), and tool outputs are for research purposes only. Do not rely on this platform for clinical diagnostics or critical pharmaceutical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KinetiHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of KinetiHub, including loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
